Today I want to talk to you about a subject that’s very near and dear to my heart.

It’s about learning to let go and forgive yourself.

I have to admit I’ve struggled with this myself for a very long time.
I would eat all of this healthy food for weeks and I would make one slip when eating out or I would have a piece of chocolate at a friend’s house and I would get so angry with myself.
I would beat up myself for days as if this little treat I ate was the end of the world.
The thing is, treating yourself occasionally is actually good for your diet.
When you eat pretty healthy all of the time you are bound to a get a craving or two for something sweet or a crunchy snack.
This is normal!
Food should bring us good health and enjoyment, not repression and negative thoughts.
