Raw Food Diet Plan with unlimited food

This is a FREE complete diet plan that you can use to help you lose weight right now.

This is the first of 3 different types of diet plans that I am going to share with you.

They will be:

1)      Raw Green Thickies Diet with unlimited food

2)    Smoothies only Green Thickies Diet with unlimited food

The first and second diet plans allow you to eat as much food as you want but the food allowed are more restricted.

The third diet plan allows you greater freedom in the types of ingredients you can eat, but the calories are restricted.

So hopefully there will be diet plans to suit everybody.

Today I’m sharing with you the first option which is the unlimited raw food diet plan. 

Green Thickies Weight Loss Plan 1: Raw Food Diet Plan

This diet is a raw foods diet, which means nothing is cooked.  Raw food diets pack in so many nutrients, give you a great detox and help people maximise their weight loss.

The great thing about this diet is that because the allowed foods are so healthy and natural, you can eat as much as you like.

I would suggest using this diet plan as a detox and follow it from between 1-7 days and see how you feel.

Tropical Salad on the Raw Food Diet PlanFoods allowed on this diet

  • All fruit
  • All uncooked vegetables (e.g. tomato, cucumber, onions, avocados, carrots, peppers, olives)
  • Filling carbs (Sweet potato, soaked quinoa, buckwheat, sweetcorn)
  • All Nuts
  • All Seeds
  • All Dried Fruit
  • Flavourings (Cocoa powder, herbs, spices, healthy sweeteners, olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon/lime juice)
  • Herbal tea
  • Water
  • Freshly squeezed fruit juice

Foods NOT allowed on this diet

  • Wheat
  • Refined Sugar
  • Meat
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Processed Food
  • Coffee, Tea, or sugary drinks
  • And everything not on the allowed list

Sample Daily Meal Plan

You can be as creative as you like with all the ingredients on the allowed list. But here is a sample meal plan that is an example of the kinds of meals you could make on this diet.

Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie on the Raw Food Diet PlanBreakfast: Green Thickie

Blend 2 cups of water with 2 bananas, 1 mango and 1 apple, 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, 1 cup packed spinach, 1 cup of soaked quinoa or buckwheat, 1/4 cup pitted dates.  Blend until smooth.  Drink as much of this smoothie as you like until you feel full.

Lunch: Tropical Fruit Salad

Chop a massive bowl of fruit containing 1 apple, 2 mangos, 1 orange, 2 cups of grapes, juice of 1 lime, 1/4 cup of dried coconut.  Mix and serve.

Dinner: Salad

Chop a big bowl of salad containing 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1 tomato, 1/4 cucumber, 1 avocado, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard.  Mix and serve.


Eat unlimited amounts of any of the ingredients on the allowed list.   For example you could make a raw dessert by processing nuts and dried fruit together and shaping it into little balls.

  1. Hey, thank you so much, I just downloaded raw meal plan and it looks great. I wISH I chould have a chance to have this meal plan when I started with raw foor. Everything is simple but maybe I am missing there nutrition facts as I sport a lot and I need to eat very properly. However a lot of inspiration ! :-) Few weeks ago I went for hiking and didnt know at all what I should take with me for outdoor 24 hours, I made some experiments and it was awesome, you can get inpired too :-)—let-the-energy-be-with-you.html
