I finally found something that helped me to lose and maintain my weight and was incredibly good for my body.
Now I share what I’ve learned with thousands of ladies, and I’ve watched their lives transform before my eyes.
Today I’m sharing five healthy habits that I now have that not only helped me to lose weight but also helped me to keep the weight off, and here they are.
You know when you’re frumpy, clothes never look good on you, and you don’t want to go shopping for anymore clothes because you’re so determined that you’re going to lose the weight and buying new clothes now would be a complete waste of time?

How many times have you said that in the past?
I know I have said it hundreds and hundreds of times and spent a lot of my life living in elasticated-waist jogging bottoms and leggings, and I never wanted to treat myself to any nice, new clothes as I thought it would be a complete waste to hang them on my overweight body, and it was pointless because I was going to lose the weight anyway.
For long periods of time that just never happened, so I never ended up buying any nice clothes at all.
I’m Katherine Kyle and after a lifetime of struggling with my weight and being constantly on a traditional diet based on restriction not health.
- I drink a green thickie for breakfast and lunch too five days a week, without fail. That is my diet. That’s what I eat, and that’s what I’ve eaten for the last seven years.
- I prepare the day’s worth of food the previous day, so I make a batch of green thickie and I also make a batch of evening meal as well, so I have got no excuse whatsoever not to eat the food that I’ve already prepared.
- I don’t buy any junk food at all. I have a rule that if for some reason I do, and sometimes I do want to eat junk food, then I have to make a special trip to the shop or go to a restaurant to eat the junk food that I really want to eat. I don’t buy it. It’s not on my weekly shop. It’s just not in the house unless somebody gives it to us or my husband buys it.
- Do allow yourself some treats but limit them to make them healthy if at all possible. You don’t want to completely feel restricted that you can never eat what you want again, but at the same time, you don’t want to indulge too much that you’ll end up destroying all your hard work. Try and find healthier versions of your treats if you can and limit them.
- My tip that I swear by is getting organised. Every single Sunday night I sit down, I flip through my recipe books or I use the meal plan recipes that I’ve already created, and I plan out a week’s worth of healthy meals including the green thickies, the evening meals, and what we’re going to eat at the weekend. I usually make a nice brunch, a big breakfast-type meal, pancakes, and things, healthy pancakes, and then I tend to make a takeaway-type indulgent meal at the weekend that tastes nice but is usually based on real food as well. That’s what I do. Getting organised, that is the crucial thing. If you’re not organised, then it’s just not going to happen. You’re just not going to be able to get the results you want. Everybody who sets out with a goal needs to make it happen by planning it in advance. Planning is the most important bit of that process.

Get results like this...
Hi Katherine,I just wanted to tell you I completed the 7 day detox and I feel so great.
I have lost 6lbs, do not feel like I need more my morning coffee, the flushing of my facial skin from rosacea has dramatically reduced and I am so excited to wake up each morning and make a green thickie for breakfast!!
I am a stay at-home, homeschooling momma of 3 littles and at times so busy I would forget to feed myself!
I would go most of the day without eating and then snack on random things.
I gained 60 pounds the last 6 years during pregnancy.
I have lost 30lbs but recently plateaued and have felt so frustrated.
I’ve tried everything from paleo and keto to the point where I didn’t know what to eat or how much and felt like even eating fruit was bad for me which thankfully it’s not!
What a game changer for me. Thank you for sharing a simple but effective program.
I’m so excited to continue another week with this plan! Thankful Stephanie
