Today I want to talk to you about some snacking hacks.
I know that many of you just don’t do well with not eating anything between meals and I completely understand.
But, snacking can come with a major disadvantage.
Most of the conventional snacky foods are just junk foods in disguise.

People tend to go for store-bought energy bars or crackers that have all kinds of faux-health claims on their labels.
Thing like “gluten-free” or “good dose of fiber” or “packed with protein” or “naturally sweetened”.
In fact, they are just sugar bombs filled with all sorts of nasty preservatives and rancid vegetable oils that can wreak havoc on your body.
I try to stay as far as I can from these as they are anything but healthy!
My solution?
Healthy homemade vegan dips!
I love homemade dips because they are incredibly versatile and easy to make.
You can make a big batch in your food processor on the weekend and store the dip in the fridge all week long.
Then, you can just cut up a few veggies or fruits (or even buy some pre-cut) and you have a delicious snack ready to go in seconds.
You know exactly what’s gone in the dip and you can enjoy eating a delicious snack that’s actually good for you.
Even better, you can make a different vegan dip each week and use it up with various cut up veggies and fruits every day so it doesn’t get boring.
I also love vegan dips because I can sneak in a ton of veggies (and especially greens) with some nuts and seeds and my kids just love snacking on cucumber or carrots with different dips so I always feel good knowing that they are eating a really healthy snack.
If you’re looking for some inspiration to up your snacking game, I have created a list with the best 10 homemade vegan dips that are delicious, versatile, and very healthy.

Hi Katherine,I just wanted to tell you I completed the 7 day detox and I feel so great.
I have lost 6lbs, do not feel like I need more my morning coffee, the flushing of my facial skin from rosacea has dramatically reduced and I am so excited to wake up each morning and make a green thickie for breakfast!!
I am a stay at-home, homeschooling momma of 3 littles and at times so busy I would forget to feed myself!
I would go most of the day without eating and then snack on random things.
I gained 60 pounds the last 6 years during pregnancy.
I have lost 30lbs but recently plateaued and have felt so frustrated.
I’ve tried everything from paleo and keto to the point where I didn’t know what to eat or how much and felt like even eating fruit was bad for me which thankfully it’s not!
What a game changer for me. Thank you for sharing a simple but effective program.
I’m so excited to continue another week with this plan! Thankful Stephanie
