3 Quick Hacks To Banish The Bloat

There are so many different ways you can use peppermint.

You can have a cup of peppermint tea.

You can actually get the leaves straight from the mint and just put that in your cup and pour boiling water over the top of it, and then it will release into the water.

You can drink that, and you will feel relief from that.

Something that I’ve found even more effective, well, a lot more effective than that, is using peppermint essential oil.

I’ve been doing that for a couple of years now, and I find that works better than anything else I have ever tried to get rid of cramping and bloating.

It’s just amazing.

I put that straight on my stomach.

Some people don’t like to do that, but that’s what I do.

Sometimes, I actually put that in my drink, as well, and drink it, and also in a smoothie.

Works great.

2) Ginger

Very similar to the peppermint, you just, you can add a great ginger root straight into your cup, or you can use a ginger herbal tea bag, or you can use ginger essential oil.

I’ve tried all of them, and I always find the essential oils work better.

3) Walking

This is something that I always used to do, even before I discovered healthy eating and essential oils, is just simply getting up and going for a walk, because there’s all that gas and air inside your stomach, and walking just helps to relieve it and relieve all the pain.

Even though you might be in agony and you really don’t feel like walking is going to help, if you just try and very gently just walk even around your house, then you will feel that it is easing.

That’s all very fine and well, and we have our solutions now for relieving the digestive discomfort when it actually appears, but if you’re like me and you just don’t want to have to do that every single evening, you just want to be free of it completely, then I want to now look at what is causing this bloating so you can avoid it ever coming back again.

Now, there are two main allergens that we struggle with in the body, and they are gluten and dairy.

It might be both, or it might just be one.

Most people will be intolerant to one or two or both of these, and if you spend a period of time just completely taking these out of your diet, you might be absolutely amazed that you don’t get that bloating anymore.

I always used to think it was bread, but, actually, I think it was, for me, it was mainly dairy.

When I took dairy out of my diet, my IBS almost completely vanished overnight.

There was something else that was causing it, and that was beans, that I just didn’t discover for years after that, but dairy was the main culprit for me.

When I took that out of my diet, my body was able to finally heal from all the damage that had happened, and it was able to repair itself, and now I don’t suffer from digestive problems anymore.

I get the odd kind of discomfort if I’ve just been really indulgent like anyone else does, but I wouldn’t say that I suffered from IBS anymore, whereas I suffered from IBS most of my life.

Now, I know that giving up gluten and dairy can be very, very daunting, which is why I suggest you start slowly and just take one day at a time.

Give up gluten and dairy just for one day and see how you feel.

Then, try a few days, and then leading up to one week, and you should start noticing some major differences after just three days.

At that point, you can decide whether or not to continue, so it’s just three short days.
