There are 3 main problems with traditional diets:
- They can leave your health in a terrible state as you are unknowingly consuming many toxic additives in processed foods labeled as ‘low fat’ and ‘low sugar’ which are designed for profits, not health.
- They can cause food cravings and leave you feeling deprived and in need of some real food.
- They are unrealistic for everyday life because you can’t enjoy meals with friends and family
