This green meal in a glass is suitable for those on a low sugar, no fruit, low carb, keto, no refined sugar, no grains, vegan, vegetarian diet.

Cucumber Lassi Complete Meal Green Thickie
Ingredients
- 1 cups water
- 3 cups of chopped cucumber
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Pinch of himalayan or sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh mint
- ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of ice optional to cool down the smoothie
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth (about 2 minutes)
- Drink straight away or cover and refrigerate
- Keeps for 3 days in the fridge
- Add some cayenne pepper and cucumber as a topping if desired

I’ll try this one since it uses cucumbers! Will just figure out where to find the other ingredients, but overall I think this is good.
