I was so happy to see that Jamie Oliver also loves to make his smoothies thick and filling.

We are all busy people and Jamie Oliver is also crazily busy.

But yet he finds the time to prepare meals from scratch just like I do.

We both use a secret ingredient in our smoothies that shaves off about 10 minutes when preparing your own smoothies…

The ingredient we both use in our smoothies is…

Frozen fruit!

Using frozen fruit in my smoothies has saved me so much time over the years.  

And we could all do with saving some time couldn’t we?

Here’s what Jamie Oliver has to say about using frozen fruit in smoothies.

“It’s been picked at its best, at the right time, and hasn’t been forced to grow out of season,” he says. And let’s be honest, if you’ve got bags of berries stashed in your freezer, you’re more likely to whip up a healthy drink on the spot. Jamie also adds oats and nuts, which he says help “slow down the absorption of the sugar from the fruit into your bloodstream, which gives you more energy for longer.”

Just drinking 1-2 complete meal smoothies a day and a quick healthy meal made with real food, is all you need to finally shed the weight for good.  

I get daily emails from people telling me how this has enabled them to lose multiple dress sizes.  

The next question, most people ask me is – what should I eat for dinner?

I recommend staying well clear of ‘diet’ meals.  No frozen or microwave ready meals please.  That will destroy your health and make it much harder for you to lose weight in the future.
