So doing weight training is very important – not just because of the way you look, but because of the way it makes you feel… invincible!

The best resistance exercises I found were ones where I used my own body as a weight.  They are so much easier than having to worry about buying a range of weights.  And they can actually make you stronger as you can move your body in so many different way to increase muscles you never knew you had!
