Hello everyone, my name is Carrie. I am about to jump into the Green Thickies lifestyle and I want you to join me.
I’m sure my story is very similar to yours. I’m a very good planner but need a swift kick in the pants to actually get going.
I have been reading the Green Thickies blog and ebooks for a while now, collecting recipes, and getting ready to start.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been planning to start but just hasn’t gotten around to it…right, sound familiar? It is seriously time to do that.

Like I said, maybe you are very much like me.
I’m 42 years old. I have 2 kids (ages 7 and 8), I work full time as a teacher, and have pretty much no time for myself (or so it feels like).
If I don’t start taking care of myself soon, I won’t be able to teach and my kids won’t have me around either. I can’t think of a better way to get back on track then with the 7 day diet plan and Green Thickies.com.

I have diabetes which is controlled by diet for now (so I don’t need that getting worse), I am tired all the time, I have several body aches, pains, daily headaches, and feel generally yucky.
My most serious problem is my weight! I have about 80-100 pounds to lose.
I ate greens, eliminated the junk, and it worked…imagine that.
The funny thing was I found it easy, tasty, and very enjoyable. I’m looking to get that back.
Aside from the massive weight loss, I was taken off my diabetes medication, no longer had daily headaches, I ran a half marathon (wow!), and felt amazing!
So what happened???
Two years ago it all came apart for me…after a back injury I fell out of my routine of healthy eating and exercising. I slowly gained all my weight back. I just couldn’t manage to find my way back.
It was crazy easy to fall apart and go back to my old habits…scary easy actually. I know now that once I get myself back on track I will fight like crazy to stay there.
I see this as an excellent opportunity to join forces with you, the Green Thickies.com readers, and do this together.
Follow my progress, cheer me on, do this with me. Together we can finally stop planning and finally start doing! We have the power here, the power of green thickies.
I know this works; I know I can do it, and you can too!

We can share easy to measure successes like weight loss, inches loss, or minutes exercising. As well as not so easy to measure successes like how we regain energy, and start to feel great.
