People keep asking me to share my recipes with them so they can achieve the same success. In this post I’ll also share exactly what you need to do to lose the weight at the same rate that I did.
Can you actually lose weight with protein shakes?
Yes, but not with traditional protein shakes.

Why Most Protein Shakes Don’t Help You Lose Weight
The problem with most protein shakes is that they are made with synthetic powder that provides protein, but no other micronutrients.
When your body is starved of nutrients, it will still continue to send signals to you that you are hungry until you feel it the nutrients it needs.
The other reason you will struggle to lose weight with regular protein shakes is because they are just not filling enough.
Protein shakes typically aren’t complete meals, so you’ll get a boost of calories, but a couple of hours later you’ll be hungry again and will be tempted to reach for foods that satisfy your cravings rather than healthy food choices.

How To Lose Weight With Protein Shakes
A much healthier and effective approach to losing weight with protein shakes is to base your protein shakes on whole foods and make them a complete meal.
I have hundreds of these healthy meal replacement whole foods protein shakes on my website. I call them Green Thickies because they are thick and green.
